Judy Glick-Smith has been a business, information technology, and technical communication consultant since 1983. She has a Ph.D. in Transformative Studies with a concentration in Integral Studies from the California Institute of Integral Studies. She holds a certification in EQ-i, an emotional intelligence assessment tool, and is trained in the Zachman Framework for Enterprise Architecture.
In addition to her time at Shoap, Judy is an adjunct professor at Kennesaw State University. From 1990 through 2003, Judy helped design and teach in the Technical Writing Certificate Program at Richland Community College in Dallas, TX. She has published in numerous peer-reviewed journals and has regularly presented at professional organizations and conferences since 1988.
Judy is a Fellow and Past International President of the Society for Technical Communication. She has also been involved with numerous other professional societies, including the American Society for Training and Development and Toastmasters International.
